Canceling and Rescheduling

If you cannot make your appointment, please call us at (201) 402 3353 at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any cancellation fees.

Same Day Cancellations/Rescheduling and No Shows will be charged 50 percent of services booked.

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 25 percent of services booked.

 

Children Policy

For safety, liability, limited seating and the respect of others' clients, we ask that children, family members and friends (unless also being serviced) not be brought to your appointment.

We kindly ask that you make other arrangements for your small children/babies during your appointment. Our stylists are on a schedule and need your full attention while you are in the chair to give you the ultimate hair care experience.

While some of our staff are mothers as well, we love hearing about your children and watching them grow but we have no way of ensuring their safety while unsupervised.

If you arrive with children unfortunately we will have to reschedule your services and subject to same terms of our cancellation policy.

This policy is not only to ensure that you have a relaxing experience, it was made with your child’s safety in mind.

Refunds

Please understand that we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we are committed to providing excellent customer service as well as doing everything in our power to guarantee guest satisfaction.
